One Dance Teacher Not Enough? Get Your Fill at our Cafe Day!
Only good things can happen when you combine unique, customized ballroom dance instruction with food! Over the past few years, our Cafe Day theme has become a popular and fun day filled with fellowship and friendship among our students and teachers, alike.
So what’s the point of Cafe Day anyway? To expose all students of varying dance levels and skills to dance instructors other than their regular teachers from their own studios. It is wise to gain insight in your Ballroom and Latin skills from multiple sources, this ensures you are getting a healthy amount of perspective on things as you continue to learn to dance. If you are working specifically on leading better as a male in Salsa and Swing, or needing to contribute with more strength as a female in Tango and Viennese Waltz, then your dance instructor would specify this skill set for your Cafe Day teacher to work on and expose you to a different point of view.
Ballroom, Latin and Swing dance instructors from each of our studios here in northern New Jersey will be present and ready to work with you, but it isn’t free! This is where the food part comes in. The price of admission is a covered dish of your choice! Dance students select one of their favorite dishes and bring in a healthy amount of it to feed the starving, dancing masses. Hot or cold, food or wine (with emphasis on the wine), appetizer or entree, just about everything is welcome.
